Wedding Recap 7/16
It’s been a busy few weeks for the team at Local Motion but I just wanted to do a quick blog entry about an amazing wedding I had this past weekend at the Holiday Inn in Williamsport, PA.
It was Arts Fest weekend in Happy Valley and I packed up my gear super early and headed out of town with enough time to avoid any Arts Fest weekend traffic. Luckily, there was NONE at all! I’m a big fan of getting to a venue early, setting up and testing everything – then having some time to grab food and get cleaned up and suited up to entertain. Thankfully I was able to do just that!
As for the wedding itself – everything was amazing. The weather was perfect, the venue was gorgeous and the couple; Michelle and Mel and their guests were amped and ready for a great time! The dance floor was packed from start to finish and everyone was raving about the great time they had when we wrapped up for the night! I always tell people that I’m blessed to be able to entertain and do some really cool things for some awesome couples, but it certainly doesn’t hurt the ego to get some praise after the event!
I also had the chance to work with the crew from Wink! Photo Booths. The photo booth was an amazing touch at the reception and Michelle and Mel’s guests took advantage of the spontaneous fun that the booth provided. I highly recommend checking out the Wink! team.
All in all it was just another great event for myself and the team. I didn’t get a chance to take too many pictures, once I started rocking the place I was in my zone, but here’s a few shots I grabbed before the reception started:
